El ático tiene 85m² (terraza 15m²), está situada en el cuarto piso de un edificio seguro con ascensor. Se encuentra en el corazón del casco histórico de la ciudad de Málaga, en una zona tranquila, a menos de 15 minutos a pie de la playa de la Malagueta y a pasos del famoso mercado de Málaga.
El apartamento está decorado con diseño escandinavo con estilo y con su habitación doble, dos cuartos de baño y terraza privada interna que ofrece un alojamiento perfecto para una escapada romántica.
Se compone de una planta con un amplio salón/comedor con cocina americana totalmente equipada, una pequeña oficia y un cuarto de baño principal con baño, adicional hay otro baño con ducha. La terraza privada interna se puede acceder desde la sala de estar y ofrece 4 sillas con mesa de comedor y un sofá y 2 sillas cómodas en un ambiente privado.
El dormitorio tiene una cama doble. Justo fuera del dormitorio hay grandes armarios empotrados conducen al cuarto de baño principal con bañera. El segundo dormitorio tiene una ducha de cristal ras de suelo. El apartamento también tiene una suite de oficina útil si desea mezclar los negocios con el placer.
El piso cuenta con Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad.
Hay parking seguro al costo de15 € por día. El parking está situado a 800 metros del apartamento.

We loved everything about the apartment except there was building work going on at the back of the apartment, facing our bedroom, which meant drilling banging and very noisy from 7.45am every morning so we couldn’t enjoy a restful time.

We experienced an annoying noise from the plumbing in the building on the first night. The noise was a tapping sound in the wall (in the hallway but very near our bed) and appeared to occur when someone else in the building used water/flushed their ver más

The noise was a tapping sound in the wall (in the hallway but very near our bed) and appeared to occur when someone else in the building used water/flushed their toilet. Anyway, whatever the cause, the noise woke us up and caused us to move room after the first night in order to avoid being disturbed again. We did mention this to your rep who came to collect the keys from us at the end of our stay.
